TKonnect helps schools develop a future proof vision for their learners and a successful realization of transformational stragegic goals for the entire community.  Our workshops and/or Keynote presentations, featured all over the world at various international conferences, individual schools and associations, inspire educational communities to embrace change as an opportunity. 

Extensive research and best practice exemplars featured in our interactive workshops promotes a culture of change readiness and effective constituent communication to ensure an inclusive and confident institutional evolution.  We tailor all presentations to meet the strategic needs of schools. 

TKonnect focuses on developing leadership, knowledge, innovative practices and capabilities within people and schools. Nowhere is this better illustrated than the recent work we did together in developing a leadership programme to accelerate sustainable and inclusive growth in education in Georgia through the Learning Academy funded by the European Union.

The Evolution of New 

In an age of change, schools are faced with what appears to be a wave of new societal demands, new initiatives and a new world of information. This workshop helps educators focus their perspective, understand cognitive challenges with change and consider what is genuinely new in our profession. It also provides research supported guidance that helps attendees  prioritise imperatives. With this understanding, there is a natural progression to understanding how ‘new’ leadership skills can inspire growth and embrace a change-ready culture. 

The Evolution of Governance  

TKonnect provides a dual-perspective consultative and coaching process that involves at least two coaches:  one with school leadership perspective and one with a school board member perspective. Building on a credo of less is more, our strategic leadership emphasis will build operational and strategic efficiency to support the most important relationship in any school…the School Head and the Board of Trustees. The Evolution of Leadership 

This workshop/keynote encourages participants to motivate and empower leadership that models trust and a welcoming pursuit of a new and meaningful educational purpose in a society too pre-occupied with superficial urgency.  By embracing evolving leadership skills, TKonnect believes leaders can inspire a culture of change-readiness and growth through effective strategic purpose, “community coaching,” solution-focused thinking, and collaborative creation. This workshop will help participants reimagine leadership by illustrating how best to achieve a comfortable culture of change readiness by using emotional intelligence as a foundation for decision-making, as well as structured purpose and careful communication, that will nurture and motivate the school community to expect respect and achieve a unified purpose. 

The Evolution of Communication: Connecting Stakeholders 

This workshop/Keynote examines how best to strengthen proactive collaboration between all constituents in the school community by engaging participants in rethinking educational purpose. TKonnect believes confident communication starts with leaders understanding how their personal vision aligns with the communities strategic aspirations.  Participants in this workshop will learn the do’s and don’ts of communication strategies and will also come to understand how to build bridges, particularly with the parental community. 

Everyone Leads: Creating a culture of shared responsibility 
This Workshop/Keynote examines how leadership skills are applicable to all educators seeking to grow because, at TKonnect, we believe leadership opportunities exist at every level of education. This workshop/keynote will guide a greater understanding of what is the “new smart” and new competencies of leading for everyone. We will also illustrate how schools can foster a culture of shared leadership that promotes collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement among all stakeholders.
